Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive asset plans, complex annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Manage property revenues, monitor outgoings/reconciliations, track capital expenditure, and actively identify value-add opportunities.
• Oversee property inspections, safety, maintenance, and service contracts. Lead the implementation of site sustainability projects, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with Australian standards.
• Support owners with strategic leasing, negotiate lease terms, manage rent reviews, variations, and surrenders, and oversee tenant compliance, bank guarantees, and arrears.
• Direct, coach, and develop a dedicated onsite team. Manage workloads, succession planning, and performance checks to foster a high-performing workplace culture.
• Ensure full adherence to WHS, public liability, essential services, and Knight Frank risk and compliance standards.
• Act as the key contact for clients, tenants, and contractors. Build strong relationships, maintain tenant retention programs, and identify cross-selling opportunities across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in senior Asset/Property Management, building operations and lease negotiations
• Relevant degree (highly desired)
• Valid Certificate of Registration (salesperson)
• Deep knowledge of property management, retail lease legislation, building operations, accrual accounting, complex budgeting, and procurement tender processes.
• Strong financial management skills
