Manage stakeholder satisfaction through timely delivery and proactive engagement governance
To Pioneer campus / university hiring across all verticals
Responsible to hire – especially abled and diverse work force
Run quarterly improvement projects to show considerable improvements in special skills hiring
Create and invest in Alternate channel development (non cost) that improves hiring speed
Advocate and implement process modifications to achieve cost optimization
Champion market mapping and strategic sourcing efforts Improve candidate experience as a natural outcome of efficient process management
Exposure - Good to have: Experience in US Healthcare specific hiring will be an added advantage. Capability – must have:
