- Organising and prioritising daily tasks to meet business needs and deadlines
- Supporting various administrative and organisational activities
- Communicating clearly about issues and gathering the necessary information to help find solutions and avoid unnecessary escalations
- Supporting the improvement and smooth operation of administrative processes
- Assisting in projects and taking on additional tasks when required
- Documenting processes and helping to create clear step-by-step guides (SOPs)
- Following information security policies and reporting any potential security risks or incidents
- intermediate knowledge in English and fluency in German
