Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionConsult & Support: Serve as the primary contact for long-term business customers, managing hardware requests and ensuring their IT infrastructure remains current and profitable.
Quote Generation: Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to build technical configurations and valid quotes.
Manage Complexity: Handle a diverse range of requests, from single-item quotes to large-scale multiyear contracts and complex project solutions.
Portfolio Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of hardware products and vendor tools to select the best-fit solutions for customer environments.
Optimize Value: Apply strategic pricing schemes and efficient processes to maximize service quality and business outcomes.
Continuous Growth: Contribute to a dynamic, evolving department while expanding your expertise in modern business models.
You've already gained 1-2 years of experience relevant pre-sales role but would like to deepen your knowledge and improve yourself
You are fluent in English AND German, additional Dutch knowledge is an advantage
You have a basic understanding of IT systems
You have basic knowledge about business administration
You are confident with MS office especially with Excel
You are self-motivated and able to work in a remote team
You have good communication skills
You have a process and customer orientated attitude
