Reporting and Business Insights- Deliver and enhance RCOC reporting solutions that enable informed business decision-making across global functions and business units.- Partner closely with finance teams and embedded resources throughout the organization to support Actuals, Outlook (OL), and Profit Objective (PO) reporting and analysis processes.- Provide insightful analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to support management decision-making.- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reporting processes, including Price-Volume-Currency (PVC) analysis and other key performance metrics.Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring- Monitor month-end closing activities and proactively analyze financial results to ensure timely and accurate reporting.- Identify variances, anomalies, and data inconsistencies, recommending corrective actions where appropriate.- Collaborate with accounting centers, regional finance teams, and business finance organizations to resolve reporting issues and improve data quality.Data Governance and System Integration- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across source systems and RCOC reporting platforms.- Act as a liaison between Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.- Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical applications.Continuous Improvement and Project Support- Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts.- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting activities and improve efficiency through technology and best practices.- Participate in cross-functional projects related to financial systems, reporting transformation, and data management.- Provide ad hoc analysis, executive-level reporting, and special project support as requested by RCOC leadership.
