- Position: Hair Coach
- Target Experience: Freshers to early-career professionals (0-2+ years)
- Estimated Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹32,000 / month
Core Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Assessment: Conduct initial calls to explain customized hair treatment plans, manage expectations, and collect detailed diet, lifestyle, and hair loss history.
- Education & Integration: Teach clients the science behind their regrowth plan, promote good hair care habits, and help build a sustainable routine.
- Progress & Refill Management: Lead monthly check-ins, collect scalp photographs for visual tracking, and drive timely plan refills.
- Doubt Resolution & Troubleshooting: Address early side effects or concerns and consult Traya's medical experts to adjust plans when needed.
- Emotional Support & Empathy: Motivate clients through hair loss anxiety to ensure continuous adherence across the 5 to 12-month treatment cycle.
- Omnichannel Engagement: Support clients via calls, chat, and messaging tools while maintaining accurate CRM logs.
