Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing innovative recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and promote open communication across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to drive employee performance and growth.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support career advancement opportunities.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and cultural transformation efforts.
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous innovation and evolution of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
