Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner within a fast-growing organization, bridging the gap between financial data and operational excellence.
Business Partnership: Work closely with sales and operations, as well as external partners including banks, auditors, and suppliers to provide forward-looking visibility.
Financial Oversight: Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and accounting for Swiss subsidiaries in line with group standards.
Reporting: Prepare financial statements under local Swiss GAAP and IFRS using SAP.
Stakeholder Management: Produce monthly financial and management accounts for local and regional management and the Group.
Compliance: Manage year-end reporting, audits, and all VAT and tax submissions/reporting.
Strategic Growth: Lead the financial integration of acquired companies and provide financial modeling for new business cases, including risk and sensitivity analysis.
