Responsibilities
Safely set up, operate, and monitor industrial rubber mixing machinery.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and load raw materials and compounding ingredients.
• Drive counterbalanced forklifts to move heavy raw inventory and finished rubber products.
• Navigate multi-level machinery by frequently walking up and down steps and platform stairs.
• Perform manual material handling, lifting up to 55 lbs repeatedly across 12-hour shifts.
• Complete daily pre-operational equipment inspections and maintain batch quality logs.
Qualifications
Valid external Forklift Certification (Counterbalance).
• Physical capability to repeatedly lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
• Full comfort and mobility walking up and down stairs regularly throughout shifts.
• Full availability to work rotating 12-hour continental day and night shifts.
• Prior experience in machine operation or heavy manufacturing & logistics environments.
