We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable General Labourers for an active industrial role involving the wrapping of heavy rubber piping onto large spindles.

Shift Schedules & Shift Rotation
Initial Orientation: 1 week of daytime training (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Regular Schedule: Rotating 12-hour continental shift pattern (3/2 on days, 2/3 on nights).
Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation & Compliance
Day Shift Rate: $24.00 / hr
Night Shift Rate: $26.50 / hr
Overtime Agreement: Selected candidates must sign an OT Averaging Agreement prior to start (to be submitted to Business Services for manual OTS setup).

Advantages
for dayshift (6:45am to 7pm) and 2 for nightshift (6:45pm to 7am)

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
No previous experience required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
Highly punctual for shift change.
Strong work ethic.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Able to work well under pressure.
Class 5 license.
Forklift experience is welcomed.
