As a Finishing and Packaging Team Member, you are the final step in our production process. You will ensure all finished goods meet strict quality requirements through standardized operational procedures.
- Strict Production Standards
To maintain the integrity of our cannabis products and ensure a contaminant-free environment, the following standards are strictly enforced:
Product Contact: You will work directly with cannabis products and must be comfortable in this environment.
Hygiene Requirements: No false eyelashes, false/acrylic nails, or nail polish are permitted.
Safety Protocols: No piercings are allowed on the production floor.
Scent-Free Policy: To protect the delicate terpene profiles of our products, the use of perfume or cologne is prohibited.

Compliance & Handling: Strictly adhering to legal regulations and standards while handling cannabis products.
Inventory Management: Using ERP software to track inventory movement and process orders accurately.
Technical Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining specialized equipment, such as industrial printers and packaging machinery.
Documentation: Meticulous record-keeping and preparation of reports to ensure every gram is accounted for.
Sanitation: Keeping the production environment sterile and organized.
Qualifications
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems is a must for order processing.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a warm, greenhouse-like environment.
Detail Oriented: Strong visual acuity to spot quality defects and high manual dexterity for delicate packaging tasks.
Communication: Full fluency in English (written and spoken) for documentation and team coordination.
