We are hiring for a luxury hotel based in Taiwan and it has a strong presence around the globe.

• Direct and manage all financial controls, accounting procedures, and administration.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and the hotel's management contract.

• Actively support the General Manager and the hotel management team.

• Seek opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Oversee and support subordinate staff and manage team development.

• Organise and maintain an efficient treasury function and manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and inventory.

• Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel's financial IT/data processing function.

• Accurately compile and submit all required financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Maintain adequate controls and insurance to safeguard the hotel’s assets.

• Establish and enforce a comprehensive credit and collection policy.

• Maintain a positive relationship with the property owner.

• Safeguard the security of company information and computing assets.

• Degree holder with prior hotel experience
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (speak and read)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven leadership in financial management, budgeting, and business planning
• Ability to partner strategically with hotel’s operational leaders to drive business performance
