HR Operations: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, supporting payroll preparation, and administering employee benefits.
Talent Management: Assisting with performance management processes, as well as coordinating training and development initiatives.
Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor laws within Singapore and Malaysia.
Office Administration: Overseeing general office management, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and managing office supplies, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Logistics & Events: Coordinating company events, internal communications, meetings, and supporting travel arrangements for staff.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or hybrid HR/Administrative roles. Prior experience in the Semiconductor industry required
Regional Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices for Singapore and Malaysia is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standard HR software/systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Attributes: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently. Must maintain high integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
