- Liaison and Coordination: Payroll, recruitment, and time/attendance queries, resolving escalations with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Data Integrity: Maintain spreadsheets and data to ensure accurate monthly reporting and salary projections.
- Mailbox Management: Oversee the HR mailbox, ensuring all correspondence is actioned within KPIs.
- Compliance & Records: Manage employee files with the highest level of confidentiality and standards.
