Reporting to the HR Business Partner Manager, this role provides high quality, hands-on HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, operational role supporting managers and employees with HR queries while partnering closely with HR Business Partners on employee relations and people initiatives.
This contract is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor/Officer who can hit the ground running and confidently manage volume operational activities.
About your role
Provide timely, accurate HR advice across recruitment, classification, performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation
Act as an escalation point for complex HR queries and support the HR Service Desk
Support HR Business Partners with employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes and investigations
Assist with remuneration, classification and job evaluation processes as required
Support managers and employees in the use of HR systems and processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and ways of working
About You
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role within a medium to large organisation
Strong employee relations and case management capability
Customer focused, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
