Multiple HR Roles | 6-Month Temporary Contracts (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Perth CBD
Position: Levels 4 & 6
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Hybrid: 2 days work from home
Contract: 6 months temp with possibility of extension
We are seeking experienced, proactive HR professionals to join our dynamic Human Resources team on temporary 6-month contracts, with the potential for extension. These roles play a critical part in supporting workforce operations, executive services, and recruitment functions.
Available Positions
1. HR Specialist – Classification and Job Evaluation
- Classification: Level 6
Hourly Rate: $79.91 - $85 p/h plus super - Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess Job Description Forms (JDFs).
- Conduct thorough job classification and work-value assessments.
- Provide clear, evidence-based classification advice to stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of associated documentation and formal recommendations.
- Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience undertaking job classification assessments, preferably within the WA public sector or a comparable government environment.
- Experience applying the BIPERS job evaluation methodology is highly desirable.
2. HR Specialist – Senior Executive Service (SES) Support
- Classification: Level 6
Hourly Rate: $79.91 - $85 p/h plus super - Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake SES classification assessments.
- Prepare robust classification and appointment business cases for submission to the Public Sector Commission.
- Support end-to-end SES recruitment and appointment processes.
- Coordinate formal submissions to the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal (SAT).
- Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing SES or equivalent senior executive employment arrangements, preferably within the WA public sector.
3. Talent Advisor (2 Positions)
- Classification: Level 4.1
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational recruitment and talent acquisition support across the organization.
- Assist hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment workflows, panel support, and candidate management.
- Ensure compliance with public sector recruitment standards and guidelines.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent advisory, or generalist HR support.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
