• Support all HUCAP Teams in day-to-day operational activities (Support talent selection process, competency analysis process, learning adviser activities, People services tasks);
• Contribute to recruitment processes, including preparation of vacancies, coordination with relevant stakeholders, interviews organisation, and candidates communication, screening, docs handling use of Taleo tool etc;
• Data collection, monitoring, and data management as required;
• Support HR Specialists in the implementation of reorganisation related structural changes in Sysper (team changes, reporting lines, creation/closure of posts);
• Support Reorganisation Task force with project management and change management activities related to the reorganisation project and task force e.g. project plan, follow up of related actions, analysis, and action implementation;
• Prepare reports, PowerPoints and any relevant material in support of the Teams.

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience;
• Good knowledge of HR principles in the area of recruitment;
• Hands-on experience with E-recruiting tools (Oracle Taleo) would be considered an asset;
• Behavioural competencies: working with others, cooperation as well as ability to work autonomously; learning agility; problem solving; priority setting and planning.

 

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extensions. Expected duration of assignment 24 months.

Salary: approx € 2326,00 per month before taxes.

Work modalities:  Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma for the remaining days.
