HR Associate - Central, Hong Kong (Financial Institute)

You will work in close partnership with the HR Lead, providing direct support across all human resources functions. - Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications to ensure a "white-glove" recruitment experience.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including offer letters and new hire documentation.
- Provide administrative partnership to the HR Lead, including calendar management and HR reporting.
- Maintain digital employee files and HRIS data with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the rollout of company culture initiatives, team-building events, and internal communications.
- Ensure all HR processes remain aligned with local labour laws and internal compliance policies.
skills & experience required.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (relevant internships will be considered).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and a quick-learning approach to HRIS or ATS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to anticipate business needs before they are requested.
