As a People Partner, you’re the trusted advisor to managers and executives. You won’t just be sitting behind a screen; you’ll be actively helping solve problems, guiding leaders through employee relations, and making sure our workforce planning stays on track. You'll be the essential link that aligns people strategies to organisational objectives.
Coaching Leaders: Partner with managers and executives to provide proactive guidance on talent, capability, and performance management.
Managing ER: Lead the resolution of sensitive employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, and workplace investigations.
Workforce Design: Support business units with structural planning, skills gap analyses, and the implementation of change strategies.
Project Delivery: Collaborate on core HR initiatives to develop, implement, and evaluate contemporary policies and best-practice programs.
Data-Driven Advice: Interpret workforce insights and HR metrics to deliver practical recommendations
Strategic Partnering: Expecience working with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.
ER Management: Experience resolving sensitive employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, and investigations.
Change & Workforce Planning: Demonstrated ability to support structural design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Technical Expertise: Strong capability to interpret and apply employment legislation, industrial awards, and organizational policies.
