Provide expert guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters.
Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions.
Support talent management, including recruitment, promotions, and transfers.
Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Mentor and support HR team members, building capability and confidence.
About You:
HR Business Partner experience in fast paced organisations
Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance
Experienced in complex employee relations and HRIS systems
Influence HR strategy and people initiatives
Exposure to strategic projects
Work in a dynamic, growth focused environment with a supportive HR team!
