Are you looking to build a solid foundation in HR within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is looking for a proactive HR Junior Executive to support our HR department. You will work closely with the HR Manager to manage a workforce of 400, gaining hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for production and office staff.
Payroll Administration: Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll data; ensuring attendance records and overtime claims are accurate.
Training Coordination: Help organize staff training sessions and assist with HRD Corp documentation and filing.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee personal files and the HR database to ensure 100% compliance.
ER Support: Assist the HR Manager in preparing disciplinary letters and documenting employee relations matters.
Requirements
- Ideally 1-2 years of total HR working experience, however recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering and construction companies are a strong advantage.Skills: High level of accuracy in data entry and a basic understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act.
Attitude: A fast and proactive learner who is comfortable working onsite in an industrial setting.
