The responsibilities of this HR Generalist include:

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-executive roles  
• Responsible for developing and executing employer branding strategies that attract, engage and retain top talent, promoting the company as an employer of choice  
• Prepares the monthly payroll in cooperation with external payroll provider and maintains personnel files for all employees  
• Maintains and updates time management, such as absence, attendance and employees master data (SAP system)    
• Coordinates the administration of group medical plan in alliance with external broker, to ensure that employees are being covered according to company policies    
• Act as a point of contact with public authorities, including EFKA and SEPE, ensuring timely submission of documentation and compliance with labor regulations.    
• Monthly reporting    
• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the HR department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures 

3-5 years in an organized HR department or 1-2 years in a similar position

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, self-driven and capable of working independently

• 3-5 years in an organized HR department or 1-2 years in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Good use of English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software
• Experience with SAP and SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage
