Currently we are looking for an experienced HR immigration specialist with a expertise with immigration for EU/APAC countries. Lets talk about this opportunity!

your tasks

supporting immigration manager with Global immigration projects
manage immigration applications for visas, work permit, immigration related paperwork ...

and timelines

evaluate applicants to determine eligibility for visas or other immigration benefits

answering immigration related queries and clarifications

maintaining records of employees in HRIS system

coordinating with the immigration vendors to secure visa, work permit for company employees

work with internal stakeholders to have the case processed, Prepare work instructions for
immigration processes

manage the Right to work checks for all relocating employees and active assignees globally

coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient processing of immigration applications.

maintain, monitor; track expiries, application status etc

what we expect

minimum 3-4 Years of relevant experience in Global Immigration operations and
documentation
bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related
fields
expertise with immigration for EU/APAC countries is a must
excellent communication skills in English
expertise of foreign languages – Spanish, German, Italian, French will be an additional plus
excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
familiarity with immigration portals and vendor applications
responsible and motivated to give your best
team skills and strong relationship building skills
ability to accomplish results
