About the Role

Join a global organisation as the key HR lead for the Australian business, supporting both manufacturing sites and corporate teams. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will partner directly with the leadership team to deliver both strategic and operational HR initiatives while leveraging the support and resources of an established global HR function.

This is a end to end HR leadership role where you'll influence business decisions, partner with senior leaders and drive people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.

Your Role

• Partner closely with the leadership team to provide strategic HR advice, influence business decisions and drive people outcomes across the Australian business.
  
  
• Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to align local HR initiatives with broader business priorities and global frameworks.

• Lead all local employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes and compliance.
  
  
• Drive performance management, leadership development and talent initiatives while coaching leaders on employee matters and best practice.
  
  
• Oversee HR operations, including HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, remuneration reviews and HR compliance.
  
  

About You

• Experience operating as both a strategic and operational HR professional, managing the full employee lifecycle across blue collar and white collar environments.
• Confident partnering with and influencing site leaders and senior stakeholders within fast paced operational environments.
• Experience working within a global or multinational organisation is highly desirable but not necessary.
