This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking a varied, hands-on role with genuine work-life balance. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be the primary point of contact for all human resources functions, providing essential support and guidance across all business locations.

As the HR Officer, your duties will include:

• Providing sound generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Assisting and supporting the payroll function to ensure accurate processing.
• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including writing, managing and reviewing employment contracts.
• Conducting bi-annual wage and market analysis to ensure competitive remuneration.
• Overseeing all recruitment, including managing relationships with external agencies.
• Partnering with Managers to coach and support them in all HR-related matters.
• Assisting with the coordination of training schedules, with a focus on apprentices and trainees.
• Collecting and managing HR data for reporting to business owners and assisting the marketing team as required.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer capacity.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, contract management and modern awards.
• Previous experience in supporting payroll processes (highly regarded).
• The ability to build credible, professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
