-Effectively communicates and provides advise to employees and managers on HR matters: Company Policies, HR processes etc. using a variety of communication channels such as chat and case management.-Manages the administration of employee personal data maintenance, new hires, terminations, employee organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events, including management of employees files in compliance with record-keeping requirements.-Gathers and processes the relevant information for the monthly payroll input, performing in compliance with audit controls.-Calculates and batch upload of Time and Attendance concepts such as vacation entitlements, working schedules or calendars.-Contributes to simplifying and automating processes by leveraging digital tools and AI.-Daily administration of Company benefit programs. -Partners with other teams inside and outside the HR Service Center to ensure issue resolution in the areas of responsibility and operational success across the organization together with an exceptional employee experience.-Establishes and helps manage appropriate vendor meetings for ongoing escalations and operations.-Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources.
