key responsibilities
We are looking for a new team member in our AskHR team for a period of 6 months, here below you´ll find our ¨ideal¨ candidate:- Experience required, working history in multinationals.- Language skills: Spanish, English, and French- System knowledge (Workday/Successfactors, ADP, SAP, Excel, etc.)- Teamwork, high stress level, ability to prioritize in high workload periods- Availability to adapt to the following schedule: Hybrid model with alternating weeks (on-site and remote) and rotating morning/afternoon shifts. Morning shift (On-site): Standard schedule with entry between 8:00 and 9:00 and exit between 17:00 and 18:00 (includes a 1-hour lunch break and a 20-minute break). Afternoon shift (Remote): From 13:00 to 21:00.
