key responsibilities
- Education: University Degree or Higher Education in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related technical fields. A Master¿s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) with the 3 specialties is highly required. - Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in similar HSE management roles developed within demanding industrial or manufacturing plant environments. - Key Expertise: Solid experience in implementing and auditing relevant certifications in Safety, Environment, and Energy (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS, ISO 50001). - Languages: Fluent / High level of English (essential for corporate reporting and global interactions). - Skills: Strong leadership, results orientation, capacity to influence, resilient mindset, and excellent teamwork abilities.
