key responsibilities
As an ICT Lead Tester, you will ensure the reliability and performance of cutting-edge technology solutions through:
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans for a wide range of specialized systems, from Building Management Systems (BMS) and CCTV to Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS).
- Lead a team of testers, overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to ensure all systems are seamlessly integrated and work together perfectly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate testing progress and results to key project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
qualifications
- A meticulous approach to quality assurance and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in ICT systems testing, ideally in a large-scale construction or infrastructure project.
- Strong understanding of various large-facility systems such as BMS, CCTV, FIDS, and Baggage Handling Systems (BHS).
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
