Must have experience to handle a sales team of minimum 8-10 heads. Must have experience in developing new dealers, distributors & retail network in existing areas as well as in untapped markets of the organisation. Should be efficient in handling existing retail networks. Must be able to do BTL activities. Must achieve sales targets on an individual & team basis.
