key responsibilities
As an Industrial Automation & Field Support Technician your main responsibilities will be:
- Technical support and troubleshooting of pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and automation systems at client facilities.
- Commissioning of new systems and supervision of proper equipment installation.
- Design and assembly of automation panels and special fixtures in the company's workshop.
- Proposing upgrades (Retrofitting) for existing production lines to improve efficiency and energy savings.
- Communication with clients' technical departments to resolve complex technical issues.
experience
Proven experience of over 2 years in an industrial environment (installations or maintenance).
qualifications
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel (within Greece) for project needs.
- A problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- A degree with a specialization in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
- Proven experience of over 2 years in an industrial environment (installations or maintenance).
- Very good knowledge of pneumatic systems and the ability to read mechanical/pneumatic drawings.Familiarity with PLC programming.
- Good knowledge of English for studying technical manuals.
