Responsibilities
• Operate Class 7 heavy-duty industrial sewing machines to manufacture high-strength synthetic lifting slings.
• Perform precise, reinforced multi-pass stitching patterns according to structural safety guidelines.
• Handle, measure, and cut thick nylon and polyester webbing materials efficiently.
• Read and interpret detailed work orders, blueprints, patterns, and load-rated technical specifications.
• Assemble individual sling components accurately before beginning the final sewing process.
• Conduct rigorous visual and physical inspections of finished slings to ensure complete compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine, basic machine maintenance, including re-threading, needle changes, and basic troubleshooting of Class 7 equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with manufacturing & logistics safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with production supervisors and team members to meet daily output targets.
Qualifications
• Proven experience safely operating Class 7 or equivalent heavy-duty industrial sewing machines.
• Advanced manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to handle heavy, multi-layered materials.

• Strong basic mathematical skills to accurately calculate, read, and execute precise measurements.
• Physical stamina required to stand for extended periods and manipulate heavy textile components.

• Complete fluency in English to safely navigate English work orders and safety procedures.
• Prior experience in rigging equipment, lifting sling, or heavy textile manufacturing is considered a strong asset.
