The Reliable Pro: You have access to a reliable personal vehicle (essential, as the Nisku site is not serviced by public transit).
The Disciplined Professional: You thrive in a structured environment and are ready to commit to either a Morning (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) or Afternoon (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) shift.

Responsibilities
Job Duties
Addition of bagged, drum, and tote raw materials into reactor to manufacture of
finished products.
Preparation of packaging materials for designated shift and following shift, including
appropriate labels being used and adhered to products correctly.
Ensure product is cleaned appropriately and stored in a safe and consistent manner.
Communicate with shipping and receiving team to ensure correct location of storage,
ensuring location is free of other products and clean.
Provide feedback to supervisor on any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Ensure damaged product is correctly marked, handled and disposed of.
Take samples of all finished products and ensure they are taken to the appropriate
location.
Participate in training and cross training, improvement initiatives including health and
safety and quality improvement.
Be an active leader in all Safe Work Practices by adhering to all workplace safety policies,
compliances and regulations and participating in weekly toolbox talks.
Use all required safety equipment, e.g. Steel-toed safety boots, coveralls, full face
respirator, SCBA, safety glasses / goggles, etc.
Ensure work area is kept clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned, including housekeeping
Qualifications
Requirements
No previous experience required – on the job training provided
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Highly punctual for shift change
Strong work ethic
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Able to work well under pressure
Forklift experience required
Class 5 license required
Work Conditions
On the job training
8 or 12 hour shifts
Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
Safety equipment is required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, coveralls, full face respirator,
SCBA, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
High temperatures in summer months
Overtime as required
Hazards associated with a variety of chemicals used in facility – WHMIS training is provided
