* 7 years in IT infrastructure roles, with 2 years in architecture or senior engineering* Proven experience designing and implementing Azure IaaS/PaaS infrastructure* Strong with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and AD (multi-domain, GPOs)* Confident in scripting and automating deployments* Strong understanding of cloud and on-prem networking and security principles* Fluent in English (other languages in the group are a plus)* Valuable Certifications : AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-100
