key responsibilities
- Closely monitoring technical malfunctions and alarms to keep production on track and minimize downtime.
- Independently starting up, correctly setting up, and converting injection moulding machines and moulds according to the production schedule.
- Monitoring the quality of produced parts through regular checks and measurements.
- Actively contributing to the optimization of the production process by suggesting technical improvements.
- Close collaboration with fellow technicians and production staff for smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensuring a safe, orderly, and clean working environment according to the applicable standards.
qualifications
- A completed degree in electromechanics, mechanics, or plastics technology, or an equivalent level obtained through relevant work experience.
- Several years of experience in a similar technical role within a modern production environment.
- Thorough knowledge of injection moulding techniques, including setting up, converting, and fine-tuning machines.
- The ability to think analytically and quickly understand technical malfunctions to formulate appropriate solutions.
- A precise work attitude with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
- Willingness to work in a rotating three-shift system to ensure continuity.
