- Languages: Native Spanish speaker + Fluent English (minimum B2 level, mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Previous experience in Call Centers or the Insurance sector is highly valued.
