This is a high-impact role where you don’t just advise—you execute. From insourcing initiatives and portfolio transfers to the rollout of complex cost models, you will be the engine that keeps our projects moving from initiation to completion.

Your Mission: From Strategy to Success
You will act as the central coordination point between Category Procurement, sub-category buyers, and various support functions. Your goal? Zero slippage on critical projects and 100% contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution: Lead assigned EM projects (e.g., portfolio transfers, ICM rollout) through structured project stages (G2–G5), ensuring all milestones and approvals are met.
- Contract Management in Coupa: Coordinate the preparation, approval, and system upload of EM contracts. You ensure everything is audit-ready and compliant with legal and S2C standards.
- Commercial Support: Execute annual conversion cost reviews and open cost price models, aligning data between suppliers, Procurement, and Finance.
- Supplier Governance: Coordinate governance forums, including performance meetings and quarterly reviews, ensuring all financial and service risks are mitigated.
- Financial Hygiene: Partner with AP (Budapest) to resolve blocked invoice backlogs and fix root causes like price mismatches.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, factual progress reports and run structured check-ins with the EM procurement team.
