Responsibilities

• Prepare full interior layouts: furniture plans, lighting plans, and detailed room arrangements.

• Select and specify FF&E, hard and soft finishes, fabrics, sanitaryware, ironmongery, and accessories.

• Develop bathroom, kitchen, and joinery packages: elevations, schedules, specifications, and material palettes.

• Design bespoke furniture, joinery, wardrobes, vanities, and feature elements.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, artisans, and procurement teams.

• Review drawings with the interior architecture team to ensure accurate integration and buildability.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience + in luxury residential design (interiors or interior architecture).

• Strong space planning, furniture layout, and detailing skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, InDesign; Revit or 3D visualisation a plus.

• Excellent material knowledge across both FF&E and architectural finishes.

• Ability to design detailed joinery, bathrooms, kitchens, and interior architecture elements.

• Experience preparing schedules: finishes, sanitaryware, ironmongery, lighting, and FF&E.

• Familiarity with AI tools for design, research, and workflow efficiency is highly advantageous.
