internship: change management, communications & engagement support.

We are looking for someone who will be joining the Program Change Management & Communications team, led by Hang Leysen - Nguyen. This person will be given several deliverables to coordinate and help

deliver within the set project timelines. Examples of assignments:

• Building communications materials such as presentations that are visually appealing
• Building creative supportive materials such as e-flyers, posters, animated banners supporting announcements
• Organize small events

The candidate will partner with the content owners to build clear information and with our external creative partner responsible for delivering creative materials (engaging videos, images, ...) .

• Maintain communication channels such as the program’s Information SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), ...
• Change management activities such as QLT/QNT surveys to measure success and adoption health, organize pulse checks interviews, Stakeholder mapping, Change Impact Assessment, change readiness plan...

As we are working in a global environment, use of virtual working tools and good English oral and written skills are important.

• Level/degree/year of study: Undergraduate student
• Start date of the internship: January/February 2026
• Knowledge systems/software: Microsoft Suite of Tools, MS, Teams, Yammer, Zoom, Sharepoint, PollEverywhere, Photoshop
• Language(s): Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work, communicate and collaborate in global (cross-functional) teams
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented individual
• Pro-active, self-starting and takes ownership
