We are looking for someone who will be joining the Program Change Management & Communications team, led by Hang Leysen - Nguyen. This person will be given several deliverables to coordinate and help
deliver within the set project timelines. Examples of assignments:
- Building communications materials such as presentations that are visually appealing
- Building creative supportive materials such as e-flyers, posters, animated banners supporting announcements
- Organize small events
The candidate will partner with the content owners to build clear information and with our external creative partner responsible for delivering creative materials (engaging videos, images, ...) .
- Maintain communication channels such as the program’s Information SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), ...
- Change management activities such as QLT/QNT surveys to measure success and adoption health, organize pulse checks interviews, Stakeholder mapping, Change Impact Assessment, change readiness plan...
As we are working in a global environment, use of virtual working tools and good English oral and written skills are important.
