Assignment Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who will be joining the Cell Therapy Platform Communications, Change Management and Training team, lead by the Cell Therapy Platform Project management lead. You will be given several deliverables to coordinate and help deliver within the set project timelines:

 Developing/drafting content with the content owners to build clear information and deliver creative materials (engaging videos, images...).

 Maintain communication channels such as the program’s SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), communication in different communication channels

 Change management activities such as surveys to measure success and adoption health, organize pulse checks interviews.

 Building communications materials such as presentations that are visually appealing

 Building creative supportive training materials such as e-flyers, posters, animated banners supporting announcements

 Support organizing small events
