Our partner is looking for their newest colleague for the position of IT Administrator for their modern manufacturing plant in the heart of the Mátra, where they offer an innovative and sustainable working environment.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Participation in IT projects, automation initiatives, and the introduction of new technologies
- Administration and continuous development of the hybrid IT landscape (clients, servers, network, security, Microsoft 365) across administration and production environments
- 2nd‑level support, troubleshooting, and technical consulting for internal users
- Development and implementation of global IT policies and best practices within the company group
- Opportunity to train and mentor IT apprentices
- Completed education in the IT field (university degree, or comparable qualification)
- Several years of experience, preferably as an IT System Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments
- Experience with networking technologies, IT security, and virtualization
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- Independent, structured working style with a strong solution‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team
