key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Technical Support: Autonomously oversee local office IT operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and daily network infrastructure needs.
- Systems Management & Governance: Administer Active Directory and Entra ID environments, ensuring strict user access control, compliance, and system integrity.
- Group Alignment & HQ Communication: Serve as the primary local point of contact with the German HQ/Group, ensuring local alignment with global IT standards.
- International Representation: Represent the company at international technology conferences and cross-border group initiatives.
experience
Up to 4 years of hands-on experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration position.
qualifications
- Systems Administration: Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Network & Hardware Management: Solid understanding of basic networking (Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting) and workstation/hardware support.
- Security & Data Awareness (good to have): Familiarity with Security Compliance, GDPR principles, or Power BI.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English with strong presentation and communication capabilities for international executive reporting and HQ collaboration.
- Mindset: Autonomous, hands-on troubleshooter with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn under Group mentorship.
