What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure system security and protect against cyber threats.
- Perform system upgrades and keep IT infrastructure up to date.
- Train users and provide guidance on best IT practices.
experience
2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and Microsoft environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical degree (preferred).
- Fluent in English and a team player with great communication skills.
