What will the core focus of your day be?

• Directing and overseeing the entire IT infrastructure to ensure seamless daily operations. 
• Leading the installation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous health monitoring of all hardware and software systems. 
• Administering user accounts, company emails, telephony extensions, and controlling system access rights. 
• Resolving Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary, and monitoring helpdesk trends to improve service delivery. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to evaluate, determine, and fulfill their specific technological requirements. 
• Educating and guiding staff on optimal hardware and software usage. 
• Managing IT procurement, meticulously tracking inventory, and maintaining comprehensive asset documentation. 
• Enforcing strict information security measures to protect against viruses and data breaches, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external audits.

6+ years of relevant experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar technical discipline, holding a Master's degree will be considered a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 6 years of proven relevant experience, emphasizing in network management and  system administration.
• Deep functional understanding of IT networks, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and various software tools.
• Solid familiarity with modern Information Security standards and best practices.
• Hands-on expertise utilizing Cloud Technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities paired with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership traits combined with excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills.
