The IT Officer position is full time and permanent, based in Athens, Greece.

key responsibilities
As an IT Officer, you will drive the stability and strategic growth of the organization's digital environment:
- Support the ERP system and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including databases and virtual environments
- Lead the transition from existing applications to a new environment while collaborating with internal departments
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with and supports business goals
- Customize and manage ERP/CRM software to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues
- Define and implement data security policies and prevent technical disruptions
experience
Experience with ERP systems and databases such as SQL
skills
- Communication
- Problem Solving
- Teamwork
qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems and databases such as SQL
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in virtualization and VM setup
- Ability to solve technical problems at a foundational system administration level
- Proficiency in MS SQL Database Administration and SQL programming
- Educational background in IT or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, or cloud environments
- Understanding of IT compliance processes
- Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
