As Consumer Care Product Analyst, you will have the following key accountabilities, deliverables & KPIs, and impact on business results* Your main responsibility is to take care of the “consumer voice” product within our team, utilizing a product management approach to measure product performance and continuously deliver the best business value.* You are the product expert linking business customers (Internal stakeholders) and technical teams (Internal/External) - You will closely work with our internal business customers such as Global consumer voice manager, contact centers managers and agents, digital marketing marketers, data compliance officers and Food&Quality managers etc.* You will work with other IT&Data product owners, participate in assisting the senior product managers in executing product trategies, conducting end-user feedbacks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our internal products.* You will support the launch process, including coordinating marketing activities, preparing product documentation, and conducting training sessions for internal stakeholders when needed.
