What will the daily challenges involve?

• User Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to users on-site, over the phone, or via remote connection tools.
• Hardware Lifecycle: Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of essential equipment, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Peripherals & Meetings: Handle the setup and troubleshooting of printers and scanners, while ensuring all meeting room technology functions flawlessly.
• System Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical faults within the user environment to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Office Logistics: Coordinate user relocations by disconnecting, reconnecting, and verifying the successful operation of all IT equipment.

• Education: A degree in Information Technology or a related field, such as IEK, TEI, or AEI.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in technical support and product maintenance.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and the M365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of PC hardware repair and basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Critical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a collaborative team spirit.
