  • key responsibilities

    What will the daily mission involve?

    • Deliver essential technical support for hardware, software, and retail peripherals such as POS systems and scanners.
    • Manage the daily operations and troubleshooting of the ERP system and other core business applications.
    • Maintain the continuous functionality of the e-shop and its various third-party integrations.
    • Oversee local network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi and router configurations.
    • Handle the installation, configuration, and upgrading of all IT equipment and software.
    • Safeguard data integrity through diligent monitoring of backups and security protocols.
    • Coordinate with external technical partners to streamline complex projects and resolutions.

    1-3 years of relevant experience

  • qualifications

    • 1–3 years of professional experience in IT Support or a Helpdesk environment.
    • Solid grasp of ERP systems (knowledge of SoftOne or similar software is highly appreciated).
    • Strong technical proficiency in Windows OS, Office suites, and basic networking.
    • Practical experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Exposure to e-commerce operations or retail environments is a significant plus.
    • Basic understanding of SQL or API integrations will be considered an advantage.
    • A proactive mindset with a focus on quick problem resolution and teamwork.
