Key Responsibilities:
Lead Major Transformations: Plan and execute large-scale technology initiatives, including system upgrades, digital transformation, integrations, cybersecurity improvements, and process automation programs.
Deputy CIO Leadership: Act as the CIO's deputy across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and support functions—leading technical teams and cultivating internal talent.
Project & Operations Management: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while managing day-to-day operations and ensuring infrastructure reliability.
Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, working closely with senior leadership to address operational challenges.
Financial & Risk Governance: Estimate costs, allocate resources, manage IT budgets, identify risks, and implement robust mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders to manage expectations across the entire business.
What You Bring:
Experience: At least 5–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 2–3 years in dedicated leadership roles.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology projects from conception to completion.
Technical Breadth: A strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cyber security, and data management.
Commercial Acumen: The ability to seamlessly balance technical requirements with commercial business outcomes.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and administration habits, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
