your tasks
- perform monthly cash/escrow account reconciliations
- repare accounting transactions (including but not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing

build to suit) and prepare related journal entries and reporting files
reconcile between third-party financial statements and Company’s books and recordsanalyze intercompany and related-party transactions, perform supporting reconciliations, and book
simple intercompany journal entriesprepare balance sheet analyses and income statement variance and fluctuation analysesresponsible for local GAAP micro or small financial statement preparation and assistance in
statutory auditspreparations and filing of VAT returns and other reporting obligationsassistance with preparation of all tax required filingcoding of Accounts payable invoicesrespond to ad hoc reporting request from Asset Management, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and
Management.assistance in forecasting and related actual to budget analysis.assist in various areas within the Accounting department.participate in ongoing process improvement projects.what we expect
- relevant education in Accounting
- thorough knowledge of accounting
- advanced level of English language(written and verbal)
- fluent level od Polish language
